From lifecycle communications to holiday campaigns, we reached the user through different channels: Emails, Push Notifications, Direct Mails, Landing Pages, etc.
Designing a responsive email is a challenge because of the many restrictions that the front-end developers have to face, thus providing a good, clean and stackable design is the key to success. When working as the Straight Talk CRM Art Director, Lizette still wanted to add that eye-catcher element that makes the user want to know more about the offer. Animated gifs were of great help in this particular endeavor. Here's an example of how a nice top banner can light up the beginning of an email communication.
